The Transformation Studio

I had the pleasure of having an herbal head rub, deep conditioning, and hair cut at the Studio and had a great experience! The hair stylists were friendly and helpful. The ambience at the Studio was so calm and serene that it only enhanced the hair cut experience. I have heard about the world class fitness classes and am really excited to join them! I would definitely recommend people to come out and check out the many services offered. I know I'll be back! more

I attended the World Dance Fitness Class at the Transformation Studio and I have to say it was one of the the best fitness classes I ever attended!! Interesting, new and fun way to work a little sweat and burn some calories. The instructor covered moves ranging from hip-hop to Indian bhangra to African to salsa to belly dancing, all while doing a decent fitness work out and having fun. The time flew and I wanted more! I will be back. Oh, AND you don't need to know how to dance b/c the instructor walks through all moves while still keeping the class going. Sign up today ladies! I had a facial appointment and from the moment I walked in, I knew this place would be different than other places I tried. I noticed the fresh cut flowers on the beatiful mahagony center table. I noticed the faux and gilded walls, the tranquil lighting, the wonderful aroma, the dark and rich furniture pieces. The lake behid the salon was so serene almost felt like one was off on an island retreat and not in busy Sugar Land. The bathrooms was spotless and well decorated. The facial room was very nicely decorated and spotless. The linens were crisp and clean. The massage bed was warm and inviting. The facialist was amazing. She breifly discussed my skin with me and how we can improve upon it. Then she worked her magic. She stayed in the room with me the entire time (unlike many of the other places where they are always walking in and out ). Even when she waited for my mask to dry she massaged my scalp and shoulders. Afterwards I felt as though I had taken a nice long nap. What a great experience I had at The Transformation Studio! I would highly recommend both Sakina and Camilla for massages. The week after I received a massage from Sakina, I felt like I was walking on clouds without a care in the world! The oils and lotions that she used were awesome, smelled wonderful and were relaxing. She even let me use the remainder of the lotion since I was her last client for the day, which was an unexpected bonus. What I also like is the little stamps you can accumulate for every service you get which goes toward free items or free service. Undoubtedly, this a great place to go for a massage that's unforgettable! The minute you walk in this spa, you will feel relaxed. I am not sure where to start. The staff are wonderful and professional and compassionate to your needs. The View of the lake is so relaxing that you don't want to leave & the services are amazing. You have to try it to know what I am writing about. Enjoy it as much as I did. I've gotten two massages, hair styled once and a head rub and \r O\r \r M\r \r G\r !!!!\r \r You notice the difference immediately when the all-natural creams/oils/products from around the world touch your skin. Simply amazing. I've never had such relaxing massages that left my skin so soft to the touch. I'm not as articulate as the other reviewer (Naila) so instead of trying I will ditto every word! If you haven't been transformed, what are you waiting for?? more

the design is very well thought out and very welcoming but more importantly the people are warm and welcoming too. they had the best and kindest attitude and it was as if i was being personally catered to in my own home. go try it out! i know you'll feel the same way! more

I pray to Allah that all of you will remain sincere and down to earth, It is difficult to find honest people in our community. My daughter enjoyed her facial also, this was her first facial and I wanted her to enjoy it thoroughly, and she said she did.\r I went back for a full facial it was great, I have had facials before, but this was awesome, very relaxed, and Teranum had experienced hands. Olie and Jeri both did a great job with my hair and my daughter's hair. We both were very satisfied and relaxed after we left there. The Transformation Studio is AWESOME! It's just so serene and peaceful. The colors of the place, the wall stencils, the world inspired rooms--beautiful. The staff is great--excellent customer service. And the view is breathtaking. Oh and I love the lines of natural products! It's a one-stop for hair cuts, facials, massges (can you believe they do head massages with ayurvedic oils???) and unique ""around the world"" fitness classes--like yoga, belly dancing, salsa, Bollywood Bhangra. WOW! No place like it! I will definitely be a regular. more

I really enjoyed my makeover experience at the Transformation studio. It is a diamond in the rough of the Sugarland. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and took me immediately even though I was twenty minutes early for my appointment. At other salons, I wait twenty minutes for anyone to talk to me even when I show up on time! My favorite part was that the owner of the studio did my make-up personally and took the time to explain the origin and importance of each of the products she was using. She also gave me some useful tips for putting on make-up at home. My make-up turned out amazing and I received compliments all day long! Throughout my visit, I didn't feel pressured to buy any products, but I was very impressed the line of natural, rich products that were used at the studio. My second favorite part of the visit was the view of the lake in the back of the studio. It topped the overall relaxing and pleasant experience that I had at Transformation Studio! if you hate going to department stores and being pressured to buy makeup/skin care stuff, you will like it here, where you can just get party makeup or a facial and nobody pushes you to buy stuff unless you want it. Pros: french style makeup area with a lake view more

Great place, wonderful staff, excellent service. The aesthetician therapist that did my facial was extremely qualified and extremely nice. I was educated about a few things about my skin that I did not know. I got immediate service and left with a wonderful glow and a relaxed look on my face. I had a GREAT experience at the Transformation Studio!! Friendly staff. Loved the owner, Sarah. I like that this place has EVERYTHING!!! Hair, makeup, massages, facials, dance/work-out classes, etc. It's a one stop shop!!! The ambiance is great. Each room has a different theme to it. Very welcoming and relaxing! I will definately go back for more!! I highly recommend it! \r Went back this time to get a massage, and it was GREAT. I have very bad knots in my shoulders, and always have lower back pain (since i'm always in front of the computer)... Michelle knew how to break my knots, and really made me feel relaxed.
