I got a large bolt in my tire and went right over to Gold Coast Tire & Auto where I had purchased it 4 months earlier. I had purchase tire insurance(a must if you drive as much as I do) so figured they would put a path on it and sent me on my way. Unfortunately the tire could not be saved, but much to my surprise I was told I would get a new tire at NO CHARGE! They ordered the tire and the next morning I got my new tire and was on my way in no time! And yes.... I bought the insurance on the new tire!! ""Thank you"" to all the really nice people at Gold Coast. more

Quality Service 2/11/2009

I have been a happy Gold Coast Tire customer for a couple of years. I was looking for their phone number when I saw a negative review. I just wanted to say that I have always had great experiences with them. My family brings 3 cars to them, and trusts them completely. They may not be the least expensive, but the prices are fair and I know it will be done right. Try Gold Coast, I know you won't be sorry. more

Buyer Beware! 10/28/2008

I went to Gold Coast Tire to fix my car. Unfortunately, my car is not fixed and my wallet is a good deal lighter. They did a poor job on my car and it is not fixed till this day. \r \r I tried to remedy this situation but they were not helpful. In fact, when I looked them up on the Internet I noticed they had a C- rating from the Better Business Bureau. Also, there were many complaints about them on the Internet.\r \r It seems that they have a manager reply to every complaint and try to make themselves out to be the victim, as ridiculous as that may sound. It is unfortunate that a business would resort to such tactics. Based on my experience all I can say is buyer beware! more

They have specials running all of the time and they will do what they can to fit the work you need into YOUR schedule. The staff is super nice and will let you know HONESTLY what is going on with your vehicle! more
