The Tire Choice & Total Car Care

A few months ago I purchased a wheel alignment for my car because they claimed to have a 6 month, 6,000 mile warranty on alignments. I returned today because the car started pulling to the right. The manager tells me that there is no warranty because the tires were different brands on the car and the rims had marks on them from hitting something. He then shows me the paperwork and it did say no warranty. The problem is that I am sure he never mentioned the warranty is not included because that is the specific reason I went to this facility. If he would have told me there is no warranty when I brought it in for service, I would have said ""thank you, I will go somewhere else."" Then he proceeds to tell me that he specifically remembers telling me this and that he has the superhuman ability to remember every single customer and every word spoken with them. He sounded like a scamming auto repair manager, falling right in line with the stereotype. He then decided to harass me in the parking lot when I left because another customer overheard our discussion and went outside to tell me it sounded like he was lying and does not seem trustworthy. I guess in these tough economic times, you have business' that try to lie and cheat for a buck. Avoid this place at all costs, it's just not with it, find someone else. more

I have been a long time customer of Gold Coast Tire on Coconut Creek Parkway and Lyons and I have been to the one in Boca since I moved down the street. This company has been around for a long time and I have never had any issues with their service. When money is tight, they always try to accommodate me the best they can. For those that have complaints about waiting a long time - I tend to drop my car off when I can and have them drive me home. The last thing I want to do is rush any job done to my car. more

Recently, I had needed 4 new tires for my Honda CRV. I had researched a few locations to compare prices and one day in my mail I came across an ad for Gold Coast Tires. Well, I called and spoke with a great man who gave me details and options for new tires. I went there a few days later, received EXACTLY the prices and items we spoke on, was in and out in under 2 hours, and was treated fairly and with respect. I would definately recommend this place to someone who lives in the Boca Raton area and is in need of auto repair or new tires! more
