I took my NIssan Versa for an oil change. One hour later, they call me to say that I need to change the "cabin filter". What do I know? Sure, go ahead. When I pick up the car, the fan of the air conditioner is broken. They refused to fix it, saying it was like that when I brought it in. Oh, and the cabin filter I got charged for never got changed. So I wrote to Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. That little motor costs over 200 bucks and it was working fine until I got there. On top of that, I was yelled at and treated disrespectfully. I got a refund for the filter that was never changed, but the blower motor was left broken.
