Orignal set up was fine, but now there's a problem 10/3/2013

The Theater Doctor upgraded my home networks to include my ability to sign up for Netflix and it was working for a while but, at the moment, I'm having problems with my range expander and I can no longer get Netflix so my satisfaction is not 100%. Matin A. more

Professional and honest 6/19/2013

The Theater Doctor was very professional and honest. You could tell they were not out to make money, there was equipment he told us to keep when we were trying to get rid of it, for example. They were very friendly and prompt and they call ahead of time to tell you if they are a few minutes late (which rarely happens). It's been about 6 months and they are great! Well Worth the Time and Money 1/9/2013

Jeff did a super job calibrating my existing surround system. Although this was a relatively small job, he treated me as if I was installing an expensive high-end system. The incremental increase in the sound quality was obvious. I highly recommend the Theater Doctor to anyone who wants to maximize the performance of their theater. Very Professional and Knowledgeable 11/8/2012

I recently had Jeff install a 7.2 system with IR to my gear in a closet about 50 feet away. We hung a solo 80" TV on the wall, all interconnected to the internet and system components. I purchased all the gear from him which was below retail. My two story home only had 18 inches of space between the lower and upper floor so there was no room for crawling. He analyzed the situation like a true professional and gave me his honest opinion. I was not accepting anything but "Yes I can do it". Out of all the people I spoke to, Jeff was the most knowledgeable and the only one that sounded like he had the tools and skills to pull off this wiring job much less installing the entire system. He took the time to explain the technology after installation. He has taken all my follow-up calls in a timely manner. I will be calling them again 10/15/2012

I had The Theater Doctor wall mount a 55-inch Samsung LED TV and install a Bose sound system. They showed up to my house right when they said they would. Theater came out beautiful. 10/2/2012

It was a pleasant experience, they were willing to work with me because a lot of my equipment was coming from another area. It was not the best experience when it comes to getting the equipment, but it was a weird circumstance and the fault of the manufacturer. The guy I got the equipment from never had anything like this happen before. The process that should have taken a few weeks took over a month. Jeff & The Theater Doctor were awesome at working with me though, he gave a lot of time to help put stuff together when stuff wasn't available from the manufacturer as promised. Martine was always helpful at keeping us in contact. The theater came out beautiful. Jeff is a good guy to use, I would recommend him to anybody. I have always enjoyed working with The Theater Doctor. Their prices are fair, and I would give them the highest ratings in every field. I have used them several times. They put in the kids game room and the main family theater room. They have always been patient with me because I am not that tech savvy. He is my go to guy with this stuff. Makes everything really clear! 1/10/2012

The technician at The Theater Doctor was very helpful. If I didn't understand something, he would explain it over and over. I've called The Theater Doctor home several times and they helped me through the program. They're very responsive and I was very pleased! My daughter's husband is in a band with the technician at The Theater Doctor. I would recommend The Theater Doctor! The Theater Doctor controlled all my controls so now I have one control for everything. The service is exceptional and they explain everything to make it really clear. The people from The Theater Doctor are very helpful and completely attentive to any questions or concerns we might have during the installation process. Also, they were great especially when troubleshooting, which was key for us. They are very trustworthy and are good folks who do really good work. They are responsive, offer fair pricing for the service represented, it really is a high value. We have always stayed in touch with them, and they will continue to be our source for our future needs. more

Very knowledgeable and helpful. 11/15/2011

The Theater Doctor is very, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and they really know what they heck they're doing. We were lost, and they've been more than cooperative with us. We are snowbirds, so by the time we get back to Florida we forget what we were supposed to do, and they have been very patient with us, and they reeducated us through our trials and tribulations. There was a small glitch, but they came out and repaired it, even though it was not their problem. Another company had overridden their system, but they were able to assess the problem and correct it, so they were very knowledgeable. more

Jeff is very knowledgeable and dependable with his product recommendations, installation and follow up after the sale. His work is very NEAT and he communicates well in language I can understand. He is someone that you could literally pay 100 of the money before he started and be assured that the job would be done the same as if he was due the entire amount upon completion (this is the 3rd time we have used Theater Doc). more

Professional and friendly! 9/12/2011

We've known The Theater Doctor through our son. They have done so much for us over the years. They've installed our surround sound, and we've bought equipment from them which they've then hooked up for us. They stand behind their products and the work they do too. It's been great! They're available over the phone to answer questions for us. It's a family business, he and his wife sometimes will be over here fixing something for us. fantastic continued service 9/12/2011

In 2008, The Theater Doctor installed a home theater in our upstairs bonus room. Inevitably, I had a A/V amp issue and instead of just replacing a $1.5k amp, the Theater Doctor recommended a repair. I also had an RF universal remote issue and received a free trade out of a defective cradle rather than a replacement. Jeff's solutions easily saved me hundreds of dollars. I was only charged for the repair and the system wellness check. I was back in HD heaven within a week. Its nice to have an ongoing relationship with an expert who can be called instead of relying on the hit and miss big box guys. more
