DO NOT GO THERE!! unfortunately i found the gown of my dreams there. But they always didnt treat me with respect, they were always pushing me out of the one dressing room they had. As a bride, u wanna take your time as you find "the gown" but they keep on rushing you out, and they get frustrated after u try on two gowns. So after I found my gown, they said they would order it. the gown was like 1200 bucks. Guess what, after my wedding i found it online in another shoppe for 900 bucks. And oh yea did I mention that they said they would order it, but they did not!! they tailored the one they had, which was a size 10 and i am a size 4. I didn't even realize this till like 2 days before the wedding. thats when the gown "came in". It was a little big on me too. Oh it was drama! They charged me for a brand new dress, and what i got was a worn one that they tailored down to my not exact size. It was a disaster. Plus the horrible customer service. and they wouldnt even let my mom in the room. Just AWFULL. ur better off with davids bridal. Pros: nothing Cons: everything more

This was the WORSE service I have ever encountered in my life! We had a 9:30 APPOINTMENT and when we walked in we were THROWN a Book and asked to point out what we liked and they show... I guess that can be done online so why bother making an appointment! The bride had gone in with styles in mind and the STYLE number so REALLY there was no effort needed by the Biral Consultant other then finding that style at the Shope and presenting it to the bride, we kept getting told look at the book its easier for us. I didn't realize that it was the Brise and the maid of honor's RESPONSILBITY to make it easier for the shope!! Silly me for thinking this experience should have been easier for the BRIDE. After trying on 3 dresses and feeling like THEY were no UNDERSTANDING (perhaps a language barrier) OR the mere fact that THEY WERE RUDE, a bunch of HIGH SCHOOL girls came in for prom dresses, we were KICKED out of the ONE dressing room and as I the maid of honor was looking at the ONE dress the bride was interested in, it was RIPPED out of my hnads and taken away. When asked to see it I was told they would write it down and keep for records, WELL GUESS WHAT YOU BITCHES.. I unlike you have a memory and remembered what the TAG said. Coture Collections- in Brides magazine and have found other BRIDAL SHOPPES that carrier it so you LOST $2,000 worth of buisness and I hope you enjoyed the teeny boppers and them getting PROM dresses cause after all the Prom is the most memorable day in a girls life NOT a WEDDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was looking for a bridesmaid dress. I didn't have an exact style in mind, but the bride-to-be asked me to go with a specific designer. Rather than help me to find the dress from this designer that would most flatter my shape, the women at this bridal shop suggested I pick whatever dress I wanted and lie to the bride-to-be and tell her it was the designer she had requested. Nice. Lying to my best friend is not exactly the kind of advice I was looking for. I'll take my business elsewhere thanks. more
