Nobody minds paying for good service. This is not how it is here. High prices with poor service. I will not ever return. Even tho it was a gift, it was not worth it. Gift Card 2/16/2006

DO NOT purchase a gift card from this spa. These gift cards have an expatriation date of 1 year and once they expire the spa refuses to accept them or extend their use. I expected a little better customer service from a place advertising these types of services. After spending more than $200 my gift card isn't worth the plastic its made of. Being so overpriced for below average service is lousy. I'm over it. Paying much more than its worth. I could have given myself a better facial. Not Happy 4/3/2005

My massage started 10 min. late because the therapist ""forgot"" about me (????) Then ended it 10 min. early because another client was waiting (???) I felt rushed and not relaxed at all (!!!) Besides that the treatment was hardly what I expected. Cons: unprofessional, tardy more
