Joyce was wonderful. Both my mom and I went to her spa. She did not pressure us into any extra purchases nor services. I was very relaxed and calm. I really enjoyed the fact that I was the only one that she spent time with and that there were no interuptions. She did an excellent job... I can not say enough great things about her.. From the moment I walked into the studio from the charming town of Bothell, I felt like it was "all about me"! The spa is comfortable and inviting and there is no one else competing for attention. Joyce has an expert touch and soothing style that brought me to a relaxed state immediately. Her low key product recommendations were on the mark and I've enjoyed the results. I especially like that it's a spa JUST FOR WOMEN. Joyce has been in the businsess of pampering women for quite some time and it shows! You deserve to check this out! Every time I visit The Spa I find the experience relaxing, refreshing and soothing. The pleasant aroma, warm colors, perfect room temperture and the gentle touch of Joyce's hands all enhance the experience. I have found the products to be quite helpful and never once did I feel pressure to make a purchase. Joyce goes out of her way to be sensitive to my needs and with her extensive knowledge of procedures and products, she is able to guide me in making good choices for my treatments. Joyce is a master at what she does . . . pampering women in an atmosphere of complete relaxation and providing the most complete, cutting edge skincare treatments available. A visit to her spa is truly a delight and the results are dramatic! I decided to try facial toning as an alternative to the expense and physical trauma of plastic surgery. I am amazed at the wonderful results. I get many unsolicited compliments on the youthfulness of my skin and I owe it all to Joyce! Joyce will transform you 4/6/2004

Joyce is the most talented and knowledgeable aesthetician I've ever met. I have my eyelashes tinted by Joyce. Her ability/skill to dye the lashes is unsurpassed. Joyce transforms my thin, blond lashes into thick, long, black lashes that look completely natural, with no blond line at the lid. The effect is stunning - it brings out the blue in my eyes by 10 fold, and I don't need to wear mascara. Her choice of dye and technique is completely safe and I never feel anything - I just close my eyes and relax to the sound of soft music and gentle sounds of water and songbirds. THIS SPA IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. IT'S BEAUTIFULLY DONE, ATMOSPHERE IS VERY RELAXING. THE QUIET SOUNDS OF A WATERFALL, SOFT LIGHTING, WONDERFUL SMELLS INVITE YOU TO RELAX AND LET JOYCE DO HER MAGIC. I HAVE COME IN FOR A COUPLE SERIES OF FACIAL TONINGS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS, TONING WORKS. I HAVE HAD LAZER DONE ON MY FACE, AFTER ALL THE PAIN AND DOWN TIME I SAW NO RESULTS. IT'S BEEN A YEAR SINCE MY LAST TONING. I STARTED BACK, THE RESULTS IN JUST ONE VISIT WERE AMAZING. FIRMER WITH JUST ONE TREATMENT. An excellent place for a facial 3/29/2004

This is a great small spa. Joyce is very knowledgeable about skin care - including sensitive, acne-prone adult skin, like mine. She takes the time to assess your skin and tell you the best way to care for it - including what to eat for optimal results.     Perched on the second story of the Bothell mall, this small spa is comfortable and relaxed inside. Patrons are greeted at the door with personalized scents and a pair of slippers; they are then encouraged to proceed to treatments at their own pace for total relaxation. Organic European facials and massages are given in an adjacent treatment room, while pedicures are performed in a cozy armchair stocked with plenty of reading material.
