It was a relaxing experience. I was very impressed with the massage therapist. Excellent and professional service.

Worst

Noisey if your treatement is near the front where people walk, and weird credit card policy. Therapist unhappy. The location is bizarre and hard to find.

Custom massages at Richardson 4/30/2012

My mom and I decided to get a massage here one day and I was able to get two appointments that same day. The place is gorgeous and they have all the amenities you can think of. We both got the Custom massage and it was designed just for me...I loved it, with hot stones and hot towels. You are left feeling refresh after a visit to this spa. The atmosphere was much more relaxing and the layout of the spa was easier to figure out. This is the ultimate in class and relaxation. What really matters is that I get my moneys worth. I will be a long time client. Staffs are very friendly and very professional. more

Best Spa at Texas 4/23/2012

I'm mostly a fanatic of the massages, the steam room, and the atmosphere. The staffs are very accommodating to your requests, and make sure to keep you their first priority. There is a small sitting area next to the steam room if you're looking for more privacy, and you're also free to lounge in the bigger waiting room with light snacks and refreshments. My friend and I got the hour long customized facials. This is a very pleasant way to relax in Richardson with a good range of treatments and comfortable facilities. Whether just a manicure or full body treatment, all catered for. This is a great local spa, its spacious with great amenities. more

Amazing day spa 4/16/2012

This is an amazing day spa that offers many great services!!! The staffs are friendly and your masseuse always makes you feel comfortable, especially if you are not used to getting massages. Their Happy Hour is great and you always meet friendly people. Whether just a manicure or full body treatment, all catered for. This is a great local spa, its spacious with great amenities. The Spa at II Creeks has much better pricing and the atmosphere is so much more relaxing with all it has to offer. more

Fantastic facial services at Richardson 4/10/2012

I got a fantastic facial from Spa at II Creeks. Really good, worth checking out. The facility is still beautiful which I appreciated in my first posting, I ate one too many little chocolate brownies as I sat there in my white, fluffy bathrobe and this time -- I enjoyed the whole experience. I love The Spa at II Creeks because the atmosphere fits my personality--warm and cozy. This is usually around to greet the clients, so it's kind of like walking into a home. I always get a facial and a massage so that I leave the spa with a fresh-looking face and very relaxed muscles. more

Aromatherapy massage 4/2/2012

I was so pleasantly surprised to find it so heavenly. They have a beautiful spa area and the service was A+. I had an aromatherapy massage and it was fantastic! It was the first time I had a massage with hot rocks and I cannot wait to get another one. I highly recommend getting there early or staying after your appointment to enjoy their sauna and steam rooms...so relaxing. The massages are absolutely fantastic and I never want them to end. The atmosphere is also great, very calm and tranquil. I thought I was the only one in the spa, since it was that quiet. more

I had several treatments at the Spa, not only hair waxing but also massages, detox wrap (which was amazing), makeup application. Every service was great! Overall great service and professionalism. more

Pay Before You Go 3/28/2012

This afternoon I called to set an appointment for a facial and asked about the cost of services advising that my budget is about $150. Great, I have an appointment but, I had to pay for services before going to the appointment which is a few days from now. At this time I do not plan to go back after my scheduled, pre-paid appointment no matter how great services may be. more

Professional Massages at Texas 3/13/2012

Spa at II Creeks doesn't look like much from the outside but inside is the most peaceful, clean and cozy atmosphere. The staff is great, very welcoming and always there to serve you with a smile. Thank you for many wonderful facials. Reasonably priced as well and loved the amenities. Highly recommend.Today, I went to another day spa today because it was less expensive and that was a mistake.I have ever had. The massage therapist will place stones on different places on your body and then will take hot stones to start the body massage. Spa at II Creeks also offers a perfectly delectable pregnancy massage. more

Eco friendly Spa 3/6/2012

I LOVE Spa at II Creeks! They are an affordable, beautiful, friendly, modern, eco friendly and cozy spa that will give you better than basic spa therapies. It has a lovely steam room & sauna, very clean vanity area with toiletries to use, a zen modern waiting room with tea & treats and skilled professional estheticians/massage therapists. I love the coziness about it, and the wonderful products they offer. I had a GREAT massage therapist. Today, I went to another day spa today because it was less expensive and that was a mistake. Reflecting, part of the cost is being able to enjoy the amenities and Spa at II Creeks has the amenities and some... therapist was amazing and took the time to ask if there were any spots I wanted her to concentrate on or if I had any injuries. more

My Favorite spa 2/27/2012

My husband never has to ever ask me again what I want for any occasion. This spa was by far my fave spa experience ever. The Spa at II Creeks greets you graciously with a warm and sincere smile. The products are fabulous and the first cream that didn't bother my skin in years. I want to go back and try all the services they offer. . The steam room is great and the atrium is the best-very relaxing and nice, with great snacks and tea selections. I feel totally relaxed before I even get rubbed! more

My husband and I had a couples massage here. It was great! I must say we were 40 minutes late because we got stuck in the subway. We call as soon as we found out we were going to be late. They said no problem. They fit us in. It was a GREAT message. I get more

The staff and The Spa at II Creeks are excellent!!! You are made to feel special from the moment you walk through the door. All your needs are met. The environment is clean and very tranquil. Their facials are one of the best or the best that I ever had. Great skin analysis. You are left feeling refresh after a visit to this spa. The atmosphere was much more relaxing and the layout of the spa was easier to figure out. This is the ultimate in class and relaxation. What really matters is that I get my moneys worth. As a frequent spa junkie I was thrilled to find a spa in Richardson that exceeded all expectations. Beautiful ambience, great customer service and most important therapists who listened to what I wanted. Reasonably priced as well and loved the amenities. Highly recommend. The Spa at II Creeks to both friends and family. I got a facial and my skin looks great. I will definitely be back again soon! more

The Spa at II Creeks is my favorite Spa in Richardson. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The massages are absolutely fantastic and I never want them to end. The atmosphere is also great, very calm and tranquil. I thought I was the only one in the spa, since it was that quiet. I love the relaxation room where water, tea and snacks are served. I highly recommend this spa for visitors who just need to relax. more

Couples Massage 11/26/2010

My husband and I decided last minute to book a couples massage the Friday after Thanksgiving. We have had several and found The Spa at II Creeks to be accommodating, warm, relaxing and inviting. As we both have stress filled jobs, this was just what we needed! The pre massage glass of champagne was a great way to begin. Although my stress level was more than one massage would relieve, Michele D. made great strides! Fernanda K. was able to de-stress my husband and he was more relaxed than he had been in months! Thank you both for such great care. Take time to visit this spa - you will be so glad you did. more

A calm and tranquil spa 11/5/2010

When I first went to A Better Body it was a gift from my husband many years ago and I have been going back ever since. I may not get to go as much as I would like being a mother of two, but when I do find the time to go I absolutely love it. I have given my husband the gift of a massage and taken two of my friends there for spa days. We thoroughly enjoy it every time. more

Great Spa! 10/22/2009

I work in Richardson in a high-stress job and really wanted to find a spa nearby where I could get a great massage at the end of the workday. A Better Body is a great spa! Like some of the others, I don't have the luxury of being able to always get one massage therapist since I only have certain times that I can come it, but I can honestly say that I have only had one ""average"" experience here. Most of the time, I feel that they have done a world-class job of listening to my needs and really working on the areas where I need relief. I'm a very happy customer!
