Everything was great. Best massage I have ever had! Again, I've been thanking the staff of Spa at II Creeks for a job well done!!!

Worst

Noisey if your treatement is near the front where people walk, and weird credit card policy. Therapist unhappy. The location is bizarre and hard to find.

Amazing spa experience! 4/4/2012

I've had facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures at Spa at II Creeks. You will be treated like a queen with every one of these services. You get a private room for the pedicures. You sit in a massage chair and get a hot pack for your neck. Of course they always ask you if you would like something to drink. The facials are the best I've ever had. The products are top of the line and my skin feels wonderful for days afterwards. Today, I went to another day spa today because it was less expensive and that was a mistake. Reflecting, part of the cost is being able to enjoy the amenities and Spa at II Creeks has the amenities and some... therapist was amazing and took the time to ask if there were any spots I wanted her to concentrate on or if I had any injuries. more

Great Spa day and place 3/31/2012

I have always had excellent service and friendly personnel experiences. Didn't feel exposed and uncomfortable. After a few hours at Spa at II Creeks you feel like you have been on vacation for a week. I leave there feeling refreshed and relaxed. Constant pampering, friendly staff as well as a clean and relaxing environment is what I always find. Best spa in the Richardson. I strongly recommend paying a visit to The Spa at II Creeks. It's reasonably priced, and that just varies on the duration of the session and the type of massage. I loved this spa, it is gorgeous and clean and very relaxing. I got an amazing sports massage and the people who works there are so sweet and accommodating. more

Best experiences ever at a spa 3/22/2012

This spa pays close attention to details. Their staff is professional, facilities are clean, and choice of treatments is many. I have gone many times and tried most of the services. I have tried many other spas, but I would recommend Spa at II Creeks to anyone. I have NEVER had a bad experience here! The special pedicures come with the most comfortable reclining chairs and lovely leg massage. The massages were excellent and the facilities large but quiet and relaxing, a great get away. more

Greatest Spa Ever 3/12/2012

Whether I go to Spa at II Creeks for a brow wax or manicure or a super indulgent spa day I leave so relaxed and refreshed. Everyone is so friendly and attentive, I really wouldn't go anywhere else. The services are amazing. People are attentive and professional. Cozy and Personal. Always looking forward to going back and bringing friends. My friend and I got the hour long customized facials. This is a very pleasant way to relax in Richardson with a good range of treatments and comfortable facilities. Whether just a manicure or full body treatment, all catered for. This is a great local spa, its spacious with great amenities. more

Great staff and great spa 3/7/2012

I have been to many spas and I was very happy with this spa. The staff was great and treatments are relaxing. I had a soaking bath, scrub, massage. I left very happy and relaxed. I got an amazing sports massage and the people who works there are so sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend this spa, in general, no matter what service you are interested in. I will certainly be going back many times!! The staffs are well trained and professionals. more

Best place to get a massage! 2/27/2012

My boyfriend purchased a gift certificate for me to Spa at II Creeks. Let me start off by saying THIS IS THE GREATEST PLACE EVER!!!!!! Contrary to the other review, I found there customer service to be outstanding! Every one of the staff members were so friendly, always asking if I needed anything. The attention to detail the spa gives truly makes it a remarkable place. I have got quite a number of massages being that I was a pro athlete but the massage I received here was out of this world! The spa is gorgeous, fairly large, and excellent customer service. My girl loved her facial and massage also. more

Great Spa 2/21/2012

You can spend an entire day at this relaxing spa. My wife and I went in for a couple's message and we both loved it. We got the 75 minute message and it was just perfect. It flew by and I still feel great two days later. I would recommend to anyone. There is a small sitting area next to the steam room if you're looking for more privacy, and you're also free to lounge in the bigger waiting room with light snacks and refreshments. more

Great experience - a true spa 2/15/2012

We signed up for a 3 hour package - massage, reflexology and a facial. The staff was very nice, the prices reasonable and the service good. I do wish there had been a little less talking so I could have relaxed more. Everyone there was very friendly; the spa was small but clean. This is an amazing day spa that offers many great services!!! The staffs are friendly and your masseuse always makes you feel comfortable, especially if you are not used to getting massages. more

BEST Massage EVER! 2/9/2012

The treatments were among the most expensive I have had anywhere. The facial was competent and my therapist talked nonstop. The special pedicures come with the most comfortable reclining chairs and lovely leg massage. The massages were excellent and the facilities large but quiet and relaxing, a great get away. Each time, the massage therapist was excellent. People seem to be respectful of one-another's personal space. comfortable & relaxing. more

Fabulous Massage 1/31/2012

I had one of the best massages I've ever had, this afternoon with Spa at II Creeks. This was seriously the BEST massage I have ever had! The staff is friendly and personable and will make you instantly comfortable. The facials are awesome and affordable. Every time I arrive my face feels dirty and clogged, after the facial I feel like a new person. I look forward to it every month. The shower's are awesome and they provide everything for you. This spa has a very relaxing atmosphere. They are very professional and I would highly recommend this spa. more

The most romantic spot for treatments in Richardson 1/18/2012

I took my girlfriend here for a surprise. We had three hours of couple treatments and they were the best we have ever received in any town. We were together in the same room and I have to say with the best staff you could ask for. We were treated like gold and will be back again next month. We finished off our treatments with Pedicures right next to each other and they were by far the most relaxing a person could receive. more
