The Rose Chapel

My sister just got married in March 2012. We used the Rose Chapel's ballroom for the reception. The building was beautiful and perfect for our needs but we appreciated the staff and their hard work and professionalism more than anything. I was truly overwhelmed by every staff member there and how well they worked together. Everything was set up perfectly and exactly as we had asked on our arrival. We were able to self cater and leave instructions for the wait staff and they followe all instructions to the letter. The food was hot and ready when we arrived and was refilled quickly all evening long. The staff was always available for help and responded quickly and with courtesy when asked any questions. The efforts that they went to during the clean up were above and beyond any expectations and greatly appreciated! All of my platters and serving utensils were already washed and packed away when we came back from seeing the bride and groom off and they even helped us load up into our cars. I expected to be there for hours afterwards but we were packed up and out of there in no time and I can not tell you how much that meant to us after such a long week of wedding planning. This venue is wonderful. I cannot say enough positive things about them. They had lightning speed responses to email which was important to me because I had a lot of questions. Every one there was incredibly sweet and kind and helpful. I think I worked with 6 ladies and they all knew what they were talking about and it felt like they really cared about my wedding. The place is gorgeous. Flowers everywhere and ivy running up the building. The ballroom is beautiful and, if you get their special package, they really set you up with some great extras like a lighted punch fountain and beautiful centerpieces that worked perfectly with our theme. They were so helpful on the day of and it really let me relax and enjoy my special day. They have everything you could need and more and the price was fantastic. They were the least expensive place I found but the best one. We looked at this place first and had appointments for the other two but we knew as soon as we left that that was the place. But, we kept our appointments just in case but we were right. They had everything and nowhere else came close. And I was reminded of their awesomeness every time I had to email them and change a time or ask a question. They're also very honest. We paid for use of their sound system but a couple of weeks before the wedding they let me know that our dj would have his own and they would refund us for what we weren't going to have to use. They could have just kept the money but they're good, honest, sweet people. I'd recommend this place to anyone, and already have. :) Take a trip down there and see what makes them so special. more

I love The Rose Chapel ! It is historical and Grand. The Chapel is very cozy and the Reseption ball room just can not be beat. I have done many weddings there over the years and they have all come out perfect . Pros: so pretty inside ! Cons: Lower income are but you need to see inside ! more
