If you install your sh*t improperly, and hope the customer doesn't find out, then that is just shady business. Especially when you won't fix what you installed improperly. A warranty covers parts, like a phone or transmission. Negligence by your installer isn't a product warranty issue, it's a training and business issue. It is your reputation! You guys installed my drain line improperly and it failed FAAAARRR before your warranty period ended. It's not only flat because you improperly supported it, but also out of line because you installed it improperly. Then you claim it is my fault because I contacted you about it 3 weeks after your supposed warranty period? Bulls**t! Your product failed during the warranty period. You are liable to fix it or give me my money back. How am I supposed to see something buried in the ground? I trusted you guys! You can't even stand by your service enough to accept that you installed things improperly. This is completely your fault. Your business will suffer because of this. more

I needed to have a repair done on my sewer line, this guys came out and gave me the best price after calling a few companies. They also got a city permit and had the work inspected by a city inspector to make sure everything was done right. They also did a camera inspection and told me my options. I don't understand the bad reviews when someone is doing their job and makes recommendations in my case I know I need more work done, which I will have them do in the future. Great experience! more

Not much effort... 1/10/2012

The rooter guy came out to clear out my sewer line. He seemed friendly and efficient. He snaked the clear out and hit some roots. He told me the pipes were damaged and that it needed to be repaired, which was going to cost a lot more money. I thought he did all that he could but later I found out from a coworker that he should have been able to clear the roots. I called another plumber to have him come out to clear the line. The second plumber did have to spend some extra time cutting the roots, but he was still able to clear it. Was really disappointed with the Rooter Drain Expert because another company had to finish a job they started. more

Just a good plumber! 8/3/2011

zono, You must be kidding, $50 for running the snake and $45.50 for the extra work of removing your pipes under the sink total $95.50 that's cheap!! You expected this guys to do the extra work for free? I just had to commend on this because this guys are the best plumbers by far and their prices are not expensive. I used other plumbers for cleaning drains and they were very expensive. I called this guys for a clogged toilet and I was explained and told over the phone about the $50 special to run a snake from a clean out. It my case the toilet had to be removed and I didn't expect this to be free. So the guy charged me the $50 for snaking the drain and $60 to remove and place the toilet back with a new seal. They pulled a toy my son had flushed down the toilet which I didn't know. In my books this guys are are good, honest and fair. They told me the cost before they did any work. I could had say no for the estimate. But I had them do the work, because the price seemed fair. All I can say is I'm happy and my toilet works. more

ummm, i don't think so 8/3/2011

called to get kitchen sink snaked for ""$50 special"" but that was BS. they said they had to go into the wall for $46.50 more, and kept asking about other problems in the house, with this or that, trying to figure out how to get a bigger job and more money than just snaking the drain for $50. serviceman removed p-trap, said it was corroded and old and it would cost an additional $42 to put a new one in because it was leaking. well, it wasn't leaking before he came, so i asked him to leave. as i suspected, 100% BS again. my neighbor came and put it back, good as new, for FREE (that means for no money). i would use with caution if i were you. i will never call these guys again as i didn't sense honesty when he came in, and definitely don't believe these guys are honest after he left. more

BEST PLUMBER EVER 7/25/2011

Last week, my toilet was clogged and my shower drain was filled with debris; I called my home owners insurance which recommended The Rooter Drain Expert, Inc. They came out, did a full investigation into my problem, gave me a quote I could live with and started on the job the very same day; which was major work....one of their employees named Marvin, was wonderful from the first day to the last, exceptional !! I would recommend this company to anyone and request Marvin. more

A week ago, my kitchen sink started backing up. I called a few plumbing companies, but their quotes were over the top. I came across The Rooter Drain Expert Inc and decided to give them a call. They were very helpful from the moment they answered the phone. Their quote was much more reasonable than what the other companies quoted me. Not only that, but one of their guys was at my door within an hour. Overall, I had a great experience with The Rooter Drain Expert Inc.
