Love My New Furniture 10/9/2008

I just went to Harlem to furnish my new townhome and I love my new furniture! They have great incentives and deals, like no interest for 2 years, and the quality is really good. I worked with Lorenzo, who was excellent! He let me know of the different combinations I could choose from and was just very helpful from start to finish. There are more options in the store than online as well. more

Very Bad Customer service 2/23/2007

The manager doesn't deserve to work here. Not at all a friendly person. The salesperson made sure to tell us that we have a 7 day return policy but CONVINIENTLY forgot to mention that there will be a pick up fee. We wanted to return ba sofa set as it was too big for our basement. We didn't even waited for 7 days to be over. Went to the store right that day and then the manager wouldn't budge on it. My complaint is it was his salesperson's fault, not mentioning this pick up fee. so why should I be penalized!!! \r \r I have been to other Harlem stores in North suburbs where they were helpful and friendly. This store sucks.\r \r I will be reporting this to the home office/regional manager too. more

Great Furniture, Reasonable Prices 2/16/2006

We bought our living room furniture from here. The sofas and loveseat are very nice with built in recliners and appreciated by all. They often have great financing schemes available in which you can purchase furniture at no interest for periods spread over a year. They have good quality stuff in both leather and cloth and furniture is decently priced. The shop is located conveniently on route 59 with plenty of parking more

This furniture store has economical furniture sets by room. You can purchase an entire room with matching end tables, lamps and pictures or you can purchase a single sofa. more
