They do everything right. It's amazing. They go out of their way to please their guests - especially repeat guests (i.e. They provided a plate of dried frut & nuts on my second visit). The bathrooms are solid marble. Beds are made of a featherbed layed on a very hard matress, but I found them comfortable. Rooms are very serene, quiet, well decorated, and well lit (and of course no harsh florescent lights like every other hotel these days). Of course the room svc menu is overpriced, but it offers some unique things. It is PERFECT for business travel. A great place to unwind after work - or keep working in a relaxed enviornment. I would stay here ANY time in the VA area.
