I have three beds two bath apartment. A week ago, I logged complaints regarding problems with both the bathrooms. Till now, these complaints are not attended. Upon enquiring, I understand that there is tremendous work load (about 25 30 complaints logged before my complaint are pending) and they have a limited staff to attend to.
Doesnt the large number of complaints reflect on the quality of apartments and the time for which they are not attended, the poor services provided?
They charge premium for an apartment with two baths but because of delayed service, I am unable to enjoy the facility I am paying for.
On multiple occasions, problems reported were not attended promptly. I was told that since I have two bath rooms my complaint is on lower priority than that from residents with one bath room.
Pros: Good neighborhood, Exce. Pub. School
Cons: quality of apartments, the poor services, Lot of bugs & spiders
