Finding this spa has been amazing!!! The prices literally cannot be beat!!! The setting is quiet and private, and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. After beginning facial treatments there, people have actually complimented the way my skin looks, and asked for this spa's info! Already friends of mine have made appointments after seeing me and are just as ecstatic with the results. Crystal, thank you so much! You've made my spa experiences awesome!!! more

I was given a Mother's Day certificate for a facial and decided to visit this spa. From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. There wasn't any pressure to buy anything like some other places. The Esthetician was very knowledgeable and explained the treatment every step of the way. My skin has not looked this good in years. I would definitely return to this spa. more

Totally AMAZING 8/22/2010

My boyfriend and I went this past weekend to Serendipity. He had never had a professional massage and I wanted to treat him to a relaxing day. We did the Couples Package. He loved the chocolate covered strawberries and the mimosas. The Hydrotherapy was unbelievably great and then we got our massages. He said that it was the best thing I could have given him. He thought that Mary was fabulous!! Our drive home was quiet and we both had our mouths open because we were so relaxed. He did mention that we will start having to do this 4 times a year. The entire staff was great and we will definitely be back to Serendipity. more

*Afternoon getaway* 8/22/2010

I booked a couples spa package for my husband & I for his birthday. We were a little unsure when we arrived, as the spa was converted from an old farm home. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were overly friendly. It felt as though we were long-time friends. They have great deals and are very professional. We will be going back soon! :) more

I've been to Serendipity many times and have never once had a single complaint. In a world where everything costs more, it seems like Serendipity is always working to give you free extras. From discounts for cash, free rain shower, free foot scrubs and more Serendipity is not only the BEST at what they do...they are the best priced as well! more

Hidden Treasure 6/15/2010

This is the perfect spa, and I mean PERFECT. I travel a lot and don't usually have time to plan out a spa visit or sit on the phone while someone looks through an appointment book... I LOVE the online booking system!!!! Services are perfect, atmosphere is perfect, very accommodating. I also love that the owner always tries to save me money instead of looking for ways to jack up the bill! Be back soon!! Robyn S. more

Great for mind and body!! 6/13/2010

From the time I walked in the door I was treated as the most important customer they have. Everything was about me. Staff went over products, services and procedures to make sure I received the best possible results for my skin needs. I received a facial, and facial sculpting treatment from Laura, and it was delightful! I could not believe the way I felt and looked after my treatment. So relaxed and peaceful. Everytime I passed a mirrow, I had to look. Wonderful service, products and results. I love this spa, and will recommend to friends and family. Any one that needs a little 'me time', or pampering, I would highly recommend you visit this spa. more

FINALLY ! 4/11/2010

After hinting to my husband I REALLY wanted a massage for my bday this year, he suprised me with a gift cert! I booked online with Crystal for a 90 minute deep tissue massage... from the minute I walked in I was treated like a friend... Everything was wonderful from the decor, staff , services etc. Mothers Day is coming up and I know what I will be getting this year! Can't wait to try out the WHOLE menu! Melissa more

Excellent 4/7/2010

Even though I screwed up the reservations (lol) the staff accomodated my group with no problems. When I told them instead on 1 person it would be 4 they looked shocked but replied in a soft tone that it would be worked out and not to worry. The place was quiet and the ladies were professional. I only wished it was bigger. I will be back (every other weekend). Thank you ladies... LaDarean Ricks more

The Best 2/26/2010

I visited a Spa for the first time ever Valentine's Day Weekend with my husband. I didn't want to pay the downtown parking fees and I found Serendipity Province right in the state I live in. The people were really nice and gave the two of us as much time as we needed for each therapy session. Not to mention the Mimosa's, and Chocolate Covered Strawberries were outstanding. Without a doubt I will return again to partake in the greatest afternoon escape one could ever imagine. more
