These are nice in appearance, but the management has a lot to be desired. In 2 years this place has just finished be changed to the 3rd owner now. The trash area which is in the front gets absolutely disgusting and people have to leave there bags on the ground where you can often find a pile when you are driving in the complex. I must say the management completely lacks any concern and have that fake ""Oh, how are you doing, nice to see you"" mentality--you know what I mean, especially the staff there as of January 2008. I was shocked when I head that a cat was lost and was near by when a young lady was asking in the office about it and they just acted like we didn't hear anything and they did not care. You would think at least they would tell a resident something like ""I'm sorry, and we'll let you know if we hear anything"". I was more shocked when I hear the management say to the lady ""was it you that put up fliers about the missing cat?"" and it was, then she says in a completely heartless manor ""you can't be putting fliers on peoples doors"". So that is the kind of management this place has to offer. Not a community but just another business and they obviously don't care. I hope that cat is found but obviously they are just there for a paycheck not for any sort of concern for a resident.
Pros: Nice little pond by the apartments
Cons: very poorly managed and now on 3rd owner in 2 years.
