Pump is awesome, They offer a variety of healthly foods, snacks, and protein shakes! If you eat bad stuff everyday then maybe you wont like the taste but for those of you who actually eat normal food you will find that it can be quite delicious! I recommend the NY Sandwich, the Chicken and Guac twist and the Chicken and Guac Salad. My friend is a regular for the turkey burger pizza style! Pros: Healthy, good and fast! Cons: It can get a little pricey but not when you compare it to similar things in the area more

Healthy Yes, Tastes Good NO 12/4/2007

The taste is definitely compromised with the healthy part here. Plus, this place is kind of expensive. I suggest ordering from seamless to get 25% off. more

I was recently in town for The New York Pro Bodybuilding Show & ate at The Pump with a group of friends. We were all amazed! Food was excellent. Huge variety. Decent portions.Everything tasted great! We have nothing like this in Cleveland. If we did I would eat there everyday. Try the Big Arms! more

The Best Food In New York 2/27/2004

I've been working out at the gym for five years and eating at The Pump. The results speak for themselves. And the food tastes great. Now after all this time its hard for me to eat anywhere else. At The Pump I always get what I want, clean healthy food with generous amounts of protein that always makes me feel great. One of my favorite things is the lean and mean. The Pump Is The Health King!!! 2/18/2004

Not only does their food taste so good that it makes you want to cry, but it is perfectly filling and you don't feel sick after eating it because it has the perfect combination of proteins, nutrients, carbs and vitamins. I order every night at work from them and then I order three times a day from them during the summertime when I am training for my ironman. Everything from their food, to their efficient and professional staff makes me love ordering from them. And don't you just love the costumes they wear when passing out fliers! Ultimatly Fantastic 1/22/2004

I eat at The Pump restaurant everyday, It has become a part of my daily routine. I normally go to the gym during my lunch break and then I go to The Pump to replenish my body with nutrients. I recommend the super charge plate and a Myoplex mixed fruit shake. I think The Pump is ultimately fantastic! Pros: Reasonably priced, Great service more
