Princeton Review's staff was unable to make adjustments for a class lock-out and an instructor who was ill. They were disorganized in developing and communicating a plan for make-up sessions. To add insult to injury, the staff responded to complaints by parents by calling the students on their cell phones during the school day and berating them. Several of their attempts to shift the blame to the students were simply incorrect and others were irresponsible, given they deal with teenagers.
