All of the staff was very helpful and they know what they are doing when it comes to framing. They are they nicest people to deal with. They have the best selection I have ever seen. I would not go anywhere else to get posters or any framing done. They are best around. more

Wonderful to Deal With 7/8/2008

Was really impressed with the variety of artwork, frame choices, and posters available. The staff I have dealt with at Poster Warehouse have always been helpful and very eager to offer suggestions when I need that extra decisive input. Pros: Great staff and selection of merchandise. more

HUGE selection 9/11/2007

I went into this place before my movie started yesterday and I was very impressed with their selection of posters. They have pretty much everything movie-wise and a lot of other stuff too. The only inconvient thing about this place is that it is located in the El Con Mall (under heavy construction). Pros: big selection Cons: located in El Con more

Awesome framing 9/5/2007

I went into The Poster Warehouse last month to have a very valuable piece of art framed for my home. All of the staff was very helpful, and they were easily more well equipped than any other framing place in town. They even have a very helpful computer system that shows you how your artwork will look before they actually frame it. \r \r The frame designer I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and explained every last detail to me about my framing choices. My order was set to take 2 weeks to complete and it ended up being ready in only 1 week, so that was nice too. I would definately recommend this place to others. more

Poor customer service! 12/20/2006

Do NOT deal with these people. There was a problem, not of my fault, and they personally attacked my wife's credibility and integrity. This place is unacceptable and they made no effort to treat the customer, me, with any respect once they knew it would cost them a refund (which, they also refused.) Do business anywhere else - PLEASE! \r Cons: poor customer service (I've never been treated so poorly) more
