I started my lease for 6 months and in the first week the AC broke, the people in the office will literally leave with customers in the office to get manicures. The manager won't help with anything, she seems as completely clueless as the other employees. And after my lease ended they stole 450$ from me and charged me late fees to have my rent paid again. After 7-8 months now, the matainence men have come out only once and replaced the filter in the AC. As if that was really not something we've already done.The dish washer drained on the floor, the oven is missing knobs and only heated up enough to cook something after 3 hours, the light switches don't work right and the security do drugs in the parking lot. I advise living in any other apartments than these, Sandridge for example is just 4 blocks away. There are no pros to these apartments, the employees are over make up'd and perfumed peacocks You WILL NOT enjoy your stay here. more

the maintenance is terrible, it has been months and they still can come to my apartment and fix simple things!! the manager Darla doesn't care and never will,..in their advertisement they offer so much but its a lie, dont come and rent here, FOR SURE!! Pros: when it rains you have your own pool in your apartment Cons: everything!!!! more
