I had the Plumbing Service Heating And Cooling out to my house on Sat. They were here quick and had no problem replacing my upstairs commode. They even went to Ferguson and picked it up for me. I've been needing a new kitchen sink , now I Know who to call!! I didn't realize they did heating and air, now I made an apt to get my units serviced. Very pleased thank you guys =) more

My toilets in my house where over flowing every time I ran water. I called several plumbing companies before I found The Plumbing Service Co. They where at my house with in about an hour. They augered my main sewer line and put a camera in the pipe. They showed me a break in the pipe, They gave me a price to repair it and a price to replace it to the house because of the age of the pipes I wanted to replace them. They started the next day in the rain, so I could use the bathrooms, got it inspected by the city the next day. They covered up the ditches and cleaned up. This man takes used fixtures and passes them off for new. He also takes your expensive faucets and tells you they are no good, so he can use a repair kit on them and resell them to some sucker, like he did me. Watch out for this guy. Talks fast, walks faster. They travel in a pack so no one will give them trouble. Guess they figure safety in numbers like most criminals. Don't even let these guys in your house. This man uses several different plumbing aliases, including Plumbing Service Co of Kernersville so remember the phone number 996-7444. Comes in with a crew of noisy people. Tells you your expensive faucet cannot be fixed, probably so he can resell it. Tells you he's installing a Delta faucet worth $275 when it's really an American Standard faucet from Home Depot worth only $75. Puts in used parts and tells you they are new. Gone so fast with your money your head will spin and you will have been overcharged at least $400 or more. Pros: Shows up very quickly to take your money fast Cons: Lies plain and simple more

These people show up in a hurry with a team of loud people. They misrepresent fixtures claiming they are installing Delta when they install American Standard. They tell you your Moen if faulty so they can probably take it with them and sell it to someone else and WAY overcharge them. They overcharged us $200 on a $79 faucet. They put in cheap fixtures in the bathroom, another $200 overcharge. These are fast moving, slick talking con artists. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! He put me a new outhouse in at my Hunt Club (The Deer Slayers Mansion) and then installed a 12 head shower in my personal home in Burlington, NC. My family is so pleased with the asthetics and the various settings that were installed. I tell Mr. Hord that his advertisement should read, ""From he Outhouse to the Whitehouse"" because he can virtually do any kind of plumbing. My wife has said that she has seen him on other jobs and that he can really lay the pipe too, whatever that means. more
