Quick to respond, efficient and very reasonable! 1/27/2014

I used Plumbing Pro for the first time when I had them come and snake out my pipes. They discovered I needed a new garbage disposal. The said it was rusty and shooting food down into the pipes, which is why they were getting clogged up. The work they did turned out fine. They offered me a good price to install a new disposal, but I already have someone I use to do that type of work. I will definitely use Plumbing Pro again, and I've already recommended them to a couple different friends. I'll be using them from now on instead of other rooter services. Plumbing Pro is quick to respond. They are efficient, and they are very reasonable! more

Very positive experience 1/22/2014

I've had Plumbing Pro over numerous times to unclog sinks, change out a garbage disposal one time, and I always ask for him. He's a good guy who works fast, calls ahead of time, always works neatly, and is, generally, very positive. Tracie Burke more

They will handle all of our future plumbing needs 12/26/2013

We love Plumbing Pro! They first replaced a sewer line for us with great skill. We were so happy with it that we've used them several times since. They're always neat, professional, and stick to our budget. We've recommended them to several friends too. We're really happy to have found a company with such honest, kind, and thorough plumbers on their team. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. more

If you want a good job at a fair price I would recommend Plumbing Pro. I had an overall good experience with them. They got here in a timely manner. I couldn't have imagined it going any better. It was my first time using them, and they installed a water heater. They gave me a fair price, the cleanup was good, and they gave me good recommendations. more

Installation of a sink and faucet 12/9/2013

My wife and I like the idea of reusing older architectural items. And purchased recently a sink and faucet from our local Habitat Restore. We got it home and found that it did not match the current sink and plumbing. We call the Plumbing Pros and they sent someone out the same day. They installed our new sink and faucet and now we have a beautiful bathroom. Thanks Plumbing Pro. Price was right too. more

Quick, Clean, Friendly, Professional 12/3/2013

First of all the office girls were very helpful and polite when I called. The plumber they sent out was best described as a Professional. He worked quickly, He was careful around woodwork and finishes in the house. He was friendly and clean. he left the place cleaner than he found it. He explained all the work that he did and how to operate our new water heater. He was in and out in 2 hrs. Thank you to the plumbing pro and Scott the plumber more

I've used Plumbing Pro off and on for years. They have always done what they are supposed to do and have done it professionally. They usually come within a short period of time as well. There's not a long wait. The plumbers are professional and friendly. I feel safe in using them. I have never had a problem. I feel safe in recommending them, and I'm very critical because that's the business I was in for fifty years. We were in the plumbing and heating business before my husband passed away, so I know one when I see one. That's as good a recommendation as you can get. more

Flexible, reliable, and awesome to do business with! 11/22/2013

Plumbing Pro is at the top of my list whenever I need plumbing services done. I am a facilities manager with an organization that runs group homes. They are always quick to respond. One of the things I like best is that there is a real and friendly person to answer my calls -- not a recording. They are extremely flexible and willing to work with me as far as scheduling goes. They also provide me with all of my options for repairs. They know I don't have a huge budget as a facilities manager, so they take the time to go over all of these options with me. I have never been short changed or steered in the wrong way. All of their technicians are good guys. I feel comfortable having them in any of my group homes. On the rare occasion that a problem pops up after a service, they come back quickly to take care of it. They've been really awesome to do business with. The only thing I wish is that they were accessible 24/7. Sometimes I will get a call about a drain clog or sewer backup at 1am on a Saturday; this is the only time I will call a different plumbing company. Plumbing Pro is still #1 though because of their reliability and flexibility. more
