Worst

Service was fine. Replaced two toilet valves (cost at Lowe's 13.98 each) Also repaired our bathroom sink drain. Bill was $437. This is a total rip-off. Will never use The Plumber...

Quick and work done well. 9/20/2019

I needed a shut off valve replaced. The old one removed, a new one put on and no water on the floor. Very happy with the work. more

Sunday Emergency 9/12/2019

An unexpected clogged pipe on a Sunday morning was indeed an emergency ... could not use toilets. We recently received a quote after purchasing a home in the area to upgrade hot water heater, whole house filtration from The Plumber Guy. The Plumber Guy was referred by a family member, so basically this was the first service call. Carlin responded very quickly and within a few hours was at our home - and a few hours later we were back online. Highly recommend! more

WAY above and beyond my expectations!! 9/10/2019

Upon discovering a minor toilet leak, I called The Plumber Guy. As I hung up the phone from making the appointment, I received a text confirming the next-day appointment and then an email to let me know my technician's name was Danny and it included his picture. I then received a call this morning to let me know that Danny was on his way to my home. What insanely awesome customer service before anyone even set foot in my home! Danny was prompt and was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. While he was here, I also asked for a quote to replace our water heater and fix a leaky bathtub faucet. After a few minutes, he had worked up a very fair quote and emailed it to me. Processing payment is super easy and you receive a copy of everything electronically via email. Hands down, *the best service call I think I've ever had from anyone!* I can't recommend The Plumber Guy highly enough! ??? more

Great service 8/5/2019

I was given 3 options and explained well. They called before my scheduled appointment and after I chose a option they installed the hot water tank. The whole process was done to my expectations. Great Job. more

I appreciate the level of great communication between office staff Tony and me. Tony was very pleasant and helpful and quickly sent a proposal to me involving a shower valve replacement, tub drain and overflow reroute work. The price was certainly lower than expected. The Plumber Guy LLC sent a qualified journeyman plumber to evaluate the work that creates, for me, a level of competence and trust. GLAD TO HAVE IT COVERED 5/12/2019

1ST job was taken care of quite nicely by Brian. Did an excellent job. 2nd job was related to the first cleanout but didn't show up until it worsened. Thought it was a bit expensive to pull one baby wipe from the drain. The 3rd visit was a continuation of the 1st and 2nd visits but had cleared itself up by the time Carlin arrived (baby wipe made it's way down)-- hope that it is truly resolved. All in all my sewage problems seem to be taken care of !?! and we are snowbirding out of here Wednesday so no problem can show up until we return in October. My fingers are crossed. Thanks for your help. Larry more

Came right away, got right to work, found problem and wrote out the bill. A bit spendy for what was done and how long it took. Problem was solved so I guess we can't complain. Here's hoping Brian doesn't have to return! more

Very professional and was equipped with all of the necessary tools. Job was time consuming but Brian was johnny-on-the-spot! Only bad part was the bill but a kind discount was greatly appreciated We like the year warranty that comes with it, also. more

Outstanding Service 3/23/2019

I was referred to the Plumber Guy, expecting the same waiting period as last 4 I called previously. The appointment was early in the morning for a job that we have been waiting 2 weeks to resolve, my customer called me back before 4pm same day, she had running water! Jeremy B. He Seemed to be knowledgeable and informative. Very personable, and he efficiently preformed his job. He unclogged the drain and also gave us tips to keep this type of a clogg from happening in the future. We were very pleased with his visit. more
