Hot Spot! 1/17/2009

although i've only visted once, this is a great neighborhood bar; don't have to drive far to have a good time; i especially enjoyed the wings. Pros: good wings! more

Great loaction for a Bar in Powder Springs 6/12/2008

This is a great location for a neighborhood bar in my area. They have allot going like spade games, buffet, karaoke and billiards, but on certain days. I don't care for the food too much, but the DRINKS I like...... Pros: location and somethins is going on all the time Cons: food more

Finally somewhere to go 5/15/2008

We have been looking for somewhere to hang out and just have some drinks near home without the long drive into Atlanta. The drinks were good, bar staff hot and music was what I wanted to hear. I was just what I needed to set the mood right for the evening with my special treat. Nice spot to meet and have an intimate conversation. Pros: All glasses empty Cons: A big screen TV in the pool table room would be nice!!!!!! more

Fantastic local spot 4/30/2008

If you live in west Cobb, you owe it to yourself to visit the Playing Field. They offer the absolute best wings. Order the ""Desirable"" wings and you will agree. Tons of flat screen TV's for catching the game. This is a place where you can relax be yourself and meet the people from the neighborhood. Cute waitress, great food and cold beer you can't ask for more. Pros: Service, value more

Coolest spot in town 4/28/2008

The only Sports Bar and Grill in downtown Powder Springs and well worth the visit. The food is Great - best Fried Wings in the Atlanta area. The servers are very courteous and diligent workers. They have big tv's everywhere so you can see all the games and 3 pool tables. Also, it's a nice spot for grown folk on the weekends since they have an old school dj and a big dance floor. You don't have to be in downtown Atlanta to enjoy a nice club scene. Oh yea - the prices are great, too. $1 beer $3 mixed drinks - You can't beat that anywhere! Pros: Atmosphere, prices, food more

Downtown Powder Springs is a good place for grown folks to party 4/24/2008

Wow! I was expecting a hole in the wall type of joint, but it?s really, really nice.\r If you?re looking for a local place to have fun and listen to good music?try this place before driving all the way into Atlanta. The place is nice the drinks are cheap the food is good the people are cool and it's close to home. They even have spade (cards) tournaments on Sundays and you can win money! I'm going back to win some of that money.\r . Pros: Good people Cons: None! I really like this place more
