I just went to the Personal Image Center for Botox and I couldn't be happier! Deborah Denmark has the gentlest touch and she's so much fun! I laughed, giggled and talked beauty secrets the whole time. What a GREAT experience!! And a special thanks to Peggy who made me feel so welcome. What a wonderful place!! I can't imagine anyone being any nicer or more professional. I'll definitely be back!! more

Dr. Hilliard did an awesome job with my liposuction. I had to wait a couple of weeks to see Debbie and Sonny, the new skin care girls, but it was definitely worth it!!! They are the best I've ever been to....sorry Jennifer and Nena! Even this site rates Dr. Hilliard higher but Metro Magazine was what sold me! Plus all the VIPs in Raleigh go to Debbie and Sonny and now I know why!!!! Pros: Debbie and Sonny--thanks so much!, location, beautiful facility, great staff! I have suffered from acne for most of my life. It was not until I started seeing Jennifer Ostrander at the Personal Image Center that I started to see hope for a future without acne. Jennifer was very comforting and honest. She started me out slow because I was so scared. I noticed dramatic results after doing Blue Light therapy with Levulan. She also started me on Jane Iredale makeup, which is WONDERFUL. I have self confidence now (something I have not had in such a long time)! Thank you so much Jennifer!! Pros: Warmest atmosphere-couldn't feel uncomfortable if I tried! Cons: I wish I had more money to spend there! more

The staff at the Personal Image Center (PIC) are all wonderful individuals who make the visits enjoyable. The care and services are top notch. I have no reason to look anywhere else. Pros: individual attention, courteous, caring Cons: None! more

I have been very impressed with the staff at the Personal Image Center during my time as their client. While similar establishments have come across as stuffy, the Personal Image Center has avoided this type of atmosphere while still operating on a highly professional level. The staff is warm and friendly in a manner that puts the client at ease while still guaranteeing the utmost quality of care. Although I have only received skin care treatments, Dr. Hilliard would be my first choice for a surgical procedure. I have met him on several occasions while at the office and have been impressed by his sincerity and demeanor. I would highly recommend the services of the Personal Image Center and guarantee that once you visit, you will become a lifelong client!
