The Perfect Bride

i liked getting my dress at the perfect bride for the value. The dress cost includes the alterations and there are no hidden extra costs. Once you pay, they pretty much take care of you and even offer to steam your veil even if you don't purchase it through them. They hold your dress until the day of the wedding (if you want) so you dont have to worry about it getting wrinkled, seen, or damaged. more

I absolutely loved my dress! The alterations are included, which is awesome, and their seamstress Miranda is great! Some staff are very friendly, and some are definitley not. I recommend stopping in more

I really wanted a certain dress and the lady went out of her way to make sure I could get it. The seamstress, Miranda, is a doll too! more

Susan made our shopping exceptional. The best part of our preparation for the wedding. Evan though we had to drive from the far east side it was worth the experience. more

Good: Nothing!!!!. Bad: Employees are so rude and customer service was non-existent. Take your business elsewhere. Buying a wedding dress should be a fun and exciting experience. A bride and her family should not have to deal with rude employees.. Improvements: We purchased 10 bridesmaids dresses and a wedding gown. The employees at the shop actually did the measurements and all bridesmaids dresses had to be altered drastically. ($150+ each) They even refused to steam dresses once wedding party arrived in town. (wanted another $25 per dress after all of us had to spend so much on alterations). Other: Do Not buy anything at this store. They are the worst!!!!!. more

I bought my wedding dress here and must say that the employees were not very friendly at all. They really seemed to care less that we were there. I liked the selection the store had and the seamstress Miranda is great! I am very happy with my dress, but wonder why the women that work there have to be so standoffish. more

I had a horrible experience. I brought my maid of honor and we both found the staff to be very rude. One of the sales girls in particular was very loud and continually interrupted the other sales women with whom we were speaking. This was my first time shopping for a wedding gown and most of them acted as if our questions were stupid. I actually found a dress but refuse to purchase it because of the way we were treated. If you decide to take your business there I would be very cautious because who knows how they will treat you after you make a purchase. more

The Perfect Bride had the dress I wanted and that I had seen in a magazine. From the beginning,the service was nonexistent and totally unprofessional. The women working there are very snobby and completely unapproachable and I was not happy with my experience at all.The first time I went to look for my gown, we had an 11am appointment. The owner, looking utterly overwhelmed, told us that the girl who was supposed to help us had gone on a trip to Europe. So basically I was without help, and without a dressing room. I love my dress but would not recommend that anyone go there. The dressing rooms are dirty, disorganized, and there are never enough people working there to help you shop. more

I think that the store has come under new management since the reviews below referencing the lack of service. I went to The Perfect Bride to find a wedding gown, and I was thrilled with the experience. The staff were very attentive to my mom and me -- not too much to be overwhelming, but they were always there with a helpful comment when we needed one. They were also great about suggesting dresses for my petite, non-curvy frame. The prices are a bit higher than at some other bridal stores, but the dresses that they sell are of a far better quality than what you'd find a chain. I really noticed the quality difference when I went shopping with a friend for her wedding dress at David's Bridal. If you live anywhere near the area, you should certainly plan a visit to The Perfect Bride. more

Very disappointing experience shopping for BM dresses. Returned after an "okay" experience trying on dresses to inquire about purchasing Watters dresses for my maids. I was quoted a price $20 higher than list price (per web, and 2 other stores). Plus, they require 8 bridemaids dresses for a 10% discount, which would still be higher than retail! Unreal. Owner was unphased when I remarked that cost was higher than I had seen elsewhere. I went down the street and got the same dress for nearly $70 less ( more

I totally agree with the past comments. Very snobby and rude staff. Way overpriced gowns. Quality not that impressive. Im surprised this place is still in business. Very stuck up! more

I have to preface this review by saying that I was only in the Perfect Bride for a few minutes, but it seemed like much longer. The dresses in the store were pretty enough, but not to justify the prices and the service. The employees were uppity and downright rude. The selection was okay, but not great and the sample dresses were in terrible shape- dirty, torn, and with embellishments missing. After a second rude comment, I was out of there and so was my business. Skip the short trip and go someplace else. more

The very best bridal stores have stunning gowns, exquisite accessories, and friendly, personal service. This store had none of those things. The service was nonexistent, the employees were very unfriendly, and even pretentious. And the selection? Not even that impressive. In my opinion, you would be better off continuing west to A Bride’s Design or heading east to Matina’s. more
