Good Food ....Bad service 10/13/2009

Food was delivered piece meal , was told the tilapia was going to take 20 mins. O.K. thats fine with me but why make a brisket sandwich and let it sit until the fish was done then bring them out together. When I brought it back because it was cold I got no apology, and my sandwich was microwaved to reheat it . Enraged I threw it out and had my wife speak to a manager . Manager never apologized and said "well the food had to be heated somehow". Got a refund for the sandwich only , Left very dissatisfied. Never going back. Pros: Food was delicious Cons: Service failed to satisify more

Patio BBQ 7/12/2008

I have dined and ate at this restaurant since their old location.\r Very good restaurant layout. You order and pay then seat yourself (if dining in) and the waiters deliver your food to your table. They have very good BBQ ribs, chicken sandwiches, hamburgers, etc. All Grilled!\r The dining room is like a indoor garden and the service is express. \r \r Great food and prices! more

The Patio's ribs and BBQ chicken are the best in the area. Their new facility is so much bigger than the old one. Inside, you sit down after placing your order and servers will bring it out to you. The inside is clean and runs like clockwork, as does the drive-thru. The breaded mushrooms are also delicious! more

Great food 11/20/2005

I like that you order at the restraunt and go up and get your food. The ribs are very good. You can even get beer here if you so choose. I just thought that it's lots of fun. PROS: great CONS: none more

Some of the best ribs that you will ever have. Great casual dining restaurant. Order at the counter and they will bring you your food. Yummy ice cream desserts, too! more

Our famous Barbecue Ribs and Rotisserie Chicken are always cooked fresh throughout the day, and our signature smoked meats - sliced Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Pulled Turkey - are seasoned and slow-cooked for hours. We make our own soups from scratch daily and we even grind and patty our own hamburgers. The way we do things may require extra effort, but we believe you can really taste the difference!
