I have shopped here often. However, now that they are a superstore, they have become unacceptable. I recently bought $20 worth of packaged balloons. They are a bad batch. I had to try both bags because I was a clown and needed them. Party Pig refused to take back either because they were opened. Now, I ask you, why won't they stand behind their merchandise? I cannot shop there any more. I understand a stiff policy on seasonal items, but I have shopped there for years. Never did I realize that I risked everything if the item was broken or defective. BUYER BEWARE! If it might be broken and you can get is somewhere else, I would advise that! more

a large party store - really large 4/17/2006

If you're throwing a party with a theme or looking for a specific decoration, you're probably going to have to go Party Pig whether you want to or not. They are, like the name says, a superstore. They have a lot of stuff. The staff is not that great at helping you track any of that stuff down, and they usually don't offer. Also, most of their stock is very overpriced - but if you're looking for 20 party hats the afternoon of you New Years Eve party - where else are you going to go? more

Always frustrated after shopping here 9/23/2005

If you are looking for something at this store, you should be ready to find it your self. I can't ever get anyone to help me here. Let me re-phrase that: I can't ever get anyone who cares to help me here. I wonder aimlessly through the aisles, hoping to find what I'm looking for. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. The employees are not at all helpful. It's frustrating, but I occasionally have to visit them for the occasional last minute party supplies. more
