We ate here about 2 years ago and thought it was wonderful, although expensive for Ashland. Last Saturday night we decided to go out for a great meal. The wait people were excellent although it took forever to get our meals out of the kitchen. The salad and the mushroom soup were very good. My wife ordered the filet. It was a cut from the butt end of the tenderloin and was ragged and gristlely. It was also undercooked. I ordered the salmon. It was completely submerged in a thick reddish sauce, so much so that you couldn't find the salmon from the raviolis which were cold and pasty. All in all, a miserable dining experience.
