When will they get a real General Manager that knows what they are doing? This is the worst OSF ever! more

August 20, 2015 - A family member and I have been to this place before many times. However, the most recent time we got sick. Both meat sauce and vegetarian choices made us very sick with vomiting and diarrhea. Sorry for the bluntness, just trying to save you a trip or two or three to the bathroom. more

The food is very poor quality and the service and attitudes are a disgrace The manager is ignorant and likes confrontation. more

This place used to be ok, but with the new General Manager it has gone way downhill fast. Noone likes to work there and you can tel with all the sour attitude.. The cooks turn out really bad food and the servers are always complaining. The loud whiny squealing voice in the kitchen is the GM who takes her agressions out on her employees because she is unhappy in her home life! more

Mmmm I love the spaghetti at the Old Spaghetti Factory, specifically the meat lovers plate. It comes with meat sauce, sausage and meatballs. YUM! For under $10, I can have my pasta, a salad, fresh bread, and spumoni ice cream! There are lush velvet armchairs and if youre lucky, you can even sit in the train car. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants! more

The Old Spaghetti factory provides a great atmosphere and is located nicely in downtown Concord near the Movie Theater. The food was pretty good and the menu is very reasonably priced. If you do go on the weekends, you can usually expect a wait. Overall sevice I received was good, the entire staff was polite and energetic. more

Spaghetti Factory is a restaurant with a great atmosphere and a varied, well priced, menu. We like to go there for birthdays and good food. Though it could hardly be considered "authentic" as far as Italian food is concerned, the food is still very good and has decent portion sizes. There is a wide variety of appetizers, main courses, and along with the complimentary ice cream, some decedent deserts. Hardly anything on the menu is over $12. There is a neat little train you can also eat in. The restaurant can be crowded and they do not take reservations. On a Friday or Saturday night expect wait times in the hours. There is a nice bar, fully stocked, with TV on the premises. There is also some shopping nearby, as well as a Starbucks across the street. I would suggest starting with the Garlic Bread and then having a Spaghetti Marinara. The wait staff is friendly and quick to bring out refills and more bread. more
