If you have kids avoid taking a second floor! They have no tolerance for "noises" which is absurd to expect the kids not to make (but adults can be as noisy as they want during weekends - loud music from cars with no problem). Maintenance crew is nice but management can care less, no costumer service skills. Not as family friendly as I thought when I moved in. if you have a problem, it will be solved their way and not to your satisfaction. more

Awful! You can do better! 9/9/2009

This place looks gorgeous on the outside, but is ugly on the inside. The fixtures are cheap and ugly, the management team is rude and snippy, and it takes forever for them to fix anything. It is overpriced, and you could probably do better! Pros: the outside looks good Cons: rude management, cheap fixtures, dirty pool, crappy neighbor more

Good Apartments 12/13/2007

These apartments are located behind the Food Lion on ellerslie ave and have beautiful views from the balconies. The big Oak trees are all through the complex giving it a resort type feel. They have a nice pool and community facility too. Good management and very affordable. more
