I stumbled upon this find with a local school auction win; I had always wanted to try Pilates. In a short series of classes, I felt a noticeable change! With a few more classes, I felt sleeker in my over-40 body! I was amazed at how much fun I was having too! Trisha and Jesse worked me hard while making me smile and laugh as the hour passed. I find myself missing the camaraderie almost as much as the expert instruction. Pilates takes mental energy and the descriptive approaches given and encouragement along the way are best in class! Thank you to Cassidy and her tremendous staff! TRY THEM OUT! more

BEST GYM IN THE WORLD 3/16/2011

I have been to many gyms over the years, but The Next Level Gym is the best I have ever been to. Everyone involved treat you as if you are family. All the trainers act like your success is their success. Whenever I am feeling down, someone is always ready to give me a pep talk. OH and you don't have to be a size 4 to get the attention you deserve! more

Great workout! Excellent staff 6/9/2009

The bootcamp style workout keeps me motivated and interested. Mark Haro is my personal trainer, but his entire staff are great and his facility is top notch! I definitely recommend you check them out. Pros: Bootcamp style workout more

I am used to the weights and weight training, regular cardio, doing the tread mills, etc. The NEXT LEVEL Boot Camp workouts are totally different; we do all kinds of exercises that you just can't find at your local gym.
