Awful manners on the man who calls customers.I believe he is the manager.I ordered flowers & chocolates from FTD for my parents anniversary.When my mother recived them she loved them -however I knew what I had spent on them and was really dissappointed.I called FTD to inquire- they called the florist.The next morning this CRUDE man called my parents and berated them for being unhappy with his flowers and told my mother I spent $30 on the arrangement. He said he was coming to pick everything up -but my mom informed him that my Dad had already enjoyed a few pieces of the chocolate (because I did not tell my parents that I was unhappy with the order -just wanted them to enjoy it) He then proceeded to tell my mother that he would give her a lesson on how to deal with things.Needless to say when my very upset mother told me -I called him -Our first phone call was him yelling at me and then hanging up on me-very professional -then I called back and he blamed FTD for everything saying that he deals with a bunch of foreigners who dont know what their doing..and that he only got paid $30 out of what I spent with FTD..so thats why he sent such a crappy arrangement.....HE is a liar and completely unprofessional. Every person I spoke to at FTD spoke clearly, were nice &more than helpful.After they called him they issued me a FULL credit stating that he was loud-abrasive and uncooperative.I can understand a mistake-it's the way he handled it that was rude stay away from these people!!! more

Beware of Mystic Florist, if you are ordering flowers from out of the area. They mangled all the information that was repeatedly spelled to them over the phone, including the name of the recipient, her address and the name of the giver and then the delivery person had the insensitivity to castigate the grieving recipient for their inability to easily find the address. When confronted with this massive screw up, Mystic Florist?s owner chose to argue rather than apologize. \r On the positive side, the basket arrangement of several small plants was said to be lovely and despite the fouled up information, the flowers did miraculously reach their destination on the day they were ordered. more

This florist does beautiful bouquets of flowers. They are so pretty and freshly cut. Order something for your loved one. more

This is one of the best florest around. The owner is wonderful. I will highly reccoment them to anyone looking for beautiful arrangements for anything. more
