I went last month with a few coworkers for their Girls' Night Out and fell in love with this place! One of my ffavorite restaurants in San Clemente is the MeltingPot. I loved the atmosphere and the friendly customer service but I really enjoyed the cheese fondue and the chocolate fondue. It was such a unique and fulfilling experience--- well worth the drive down the coast to San Clemente! more

Our BEST Anniversary... 4/13/2007

We went to the Melting P*t for our first-year anniversary. WOW! The host said ""Happy Anniversary"", they had roses at the table that my husband had ordered and a card, and the server pampered us the whole evening. We have been locals for about ten years and are excited to see an upscale restaurant make it's way to our neighborhood! Pros: Live music, seating is private, chocolate is to die for!!! Cons: Had to schedule a reservation over a week in advance for a Saturday :( more

We went to the Melting P*t for our first-year anniversary. WOW! The host said "Happy Anniversary", they had roses at the table that my husband had ordered and a card, and the server pampered us the whole evening. We have been locals for about ten years and are excited to see an upscale restaurant make it's way to our neighborhood! Yes it is more than your typical night out (in price and experience!!!), but it is fun and entertaining. Even the bartender tossed bottles around while we waited in the bar for our table! We will definitely be back! Pros: Live music, seating is private, chocolate is to die for!!! Cons: Had to schedule a reservation over a week in advance for a Saturday :( more
