Excellent experience! 6/8/2015

I was injured in a car accident and went to the McLeod firm to represent me. They were very professional and handled everything for me-relieving a lot of the stress that comes with dealing with insurance companies and doctors. Donna and Seth were quite personable and answered all of my questions in a timely manner and in a way that I could understand. I would highly recommend the McLeod firm to anyone who has suffered from a car accident and wants good representation. more

Saving Grace 2/2/2015

I graduated from Flagler College in May of 2014. Not even a month later my car was totaled when I was blindsided by a driver who ran a red light. Needless to say I thought I was going to be in a mound of debt between the money that I still owed on my car and the hospital bills that accrued as a result of the accident. Knowing this kind of stress was far more than I could handle on my own, I walked into the McLeod firm desperately seeking help. Seth Dempsey represented me from there on out with the help of Donna Hartley and Jessica Lyle. Now that it is all said and done, I can honestly say that I don't know what I would have done without the excellent teamwork that I experienced at this law firm. Each and every person that I either met with or spoke to on the phone, treated me with the utmost respect and compassion. From the first phone call to the final receipt of settlement dollars they were top notch professionals. My husband and I were from out of state and would request teleconferences be set up to discuss status of the case and the response time was immediate. We also liked that we were always well prepared as to what to expect with any step of the process. more

The McLeod firm exceeded our already high expectations 1/17/2015

We chose the McLeod firm because of the glowing reviews online, but one never knows quite what to expect. I had never (thankfully) been involved in a situation requiring legal services before. From the very first contact we had with the McLeod firm, our experience was superlative. The firm's representatives whom we dealt with directly (two outstanding legal assistants and responsive legal secretaries) were prompt and responsive with correspondence, listened carefully to our concerns, clearly explained all the dense lawyer-speak gobbledygook on the contracts, and were straight shooters throughout the almost two year process of a complicated multi-state car accident case involving underinsured motorists and a limo company. We put ourselves at the mercy of our lawyer, as we knew nothing about the whole complicated process. Now that the lawsuit has been settled, we can honestly say that while any such lawsuit is inherently unpleasant and upsetting, the McLeod firm made the entire process itself palatable and the firm representatives were so pleasant that it was actually a joy to work with them. I hope we never need such services again... but if we do, we would immediately turn to the McLeod firm and give the firm our highest recommendation. more

Meeting with Mac McLeod and Donna 12/26/2014

We were completely amazed and elated all at the same time at the outstanding service we received from Mac's office. He and his staff are true professionals who helped instill confidence in our family and a sense of relief that everything was going to be okay. They reacted quickly and thoroughly on our behalf and helped resolve some immediate issues within just a few minutes of our 1st meeting. Lucky to have found this firm 12/22/2014

I was in a bad car accident with a company truck-trailer who hit my husband and I while I was driving on highway 95. I was injured pretty badly and required medical help. I went to the McLeod Firm to get help in a lawsuit against the driver, and the company he was driving and working for. I am completely satisfied with my experience them, as it was my first experience and the lawsuit was a success. They were very professional, even the receptionist, and they made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. It was a three-year ordeal, and they continually kept in touch with me. They always showed up early before doing depositions, and they sent me packets with discs and videos to watch before each deposition. They gave me the best legal advice regarding my personal injury. more

Very impressed with the outcome of the case. 10/3/2014

I worked with The McLeod Firm from 2011 until 2014. My experience was very good. I initially talked to Mr. McLeod, and he took my case right away. It gave me a sense of ease because the case they undertook was very complex. Seth Dempsey was my attorney. It was the best experience I have had with an attorney. Jessica Lyle kept in contact with me throughout the process. I appreciated the care and attention everyone at their firm gave me. I didn't have to worry about any of the legal part, they took care of all of that. They made sure I got the medical care I needed, and it was the best medical care, too. Everything they did was done with the highest quality. I am very happy with the outcome of the case. more

Unbelievably Easy 8/1/2014

I have never been involved in a law suit before so this was all a new experience for me. From my first appointment with Greg, the entire team walked m through every single step of the process. Mr. McLeod even took the time to introduce himself and assure me that they would do everything they could to help me. Donna walked me though every step of my medical treatment and answered all of my questions. Jessica took the time through email and phone calls to keep me updated (to the minute) with everything that was going on with the insurance side of things. She answered my many (and often silly) questions with patience and as much information as I could have asked for. Over all, I cannot imagine having a better experience that I did with the McLeod Firm. I felt, from the start, that they absolutely had my best interests at heart. They were kind and understanding and, above all, they were unbelievably knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them highly enough to do the entire team justice. Thank you, thank you for everything! more

My experience with The McLeod Firm has been great overall and every time I ever spoke with them or entered their office, they treated me with the utmost respect and always had time to listen to what I said. They provide a great service at a reasonable price and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was recently involved in a bad accident and I'm glad to have my health, but on top of that I'm glad I had The McLeod Firm to back me up and have my expenditures covered. Very helpful service 5/12/2014

The McLeod Firm has been very helpful. They did everything for me from getting me healthcare immediately to following through all the way to the end. I don't have one bad thing to say about them. I know that I wouldn't have gotten as far on my own. They are the ones you go to for auto accidents, medical accidents, and you name it. I would send anyone I know who got injured in an accident straight to them. more

Very professional 1/10/2014

The McLeod firm took care of me completely. Originally I was associated with another firm but they moved to Orlando and since I was not able to travel that far I began looking for a competent firm that could possibly replace the one I had worked with before. When I first spoke with them I could tell that they are very eager to serve. They helped me with the information that I needed to gather and walked me through every step of the process. All in all, the Mcleod Firm has some wonderful people working for them. more
