Wonderful Acupuncture 2/16/2011

I've been going to Karyla for a few years and she if fabulous! I have terrible sinuses and allergies and I always feel so much better when I'm finished with my session! I always am about to fall asleep when my session if over with because it’s so relaxing!! more

Professional and Informative 1/3/2011

Karyla made my first appointment and introduction to acupuncture easy and very informative. I was impressed too with how painless and relaxing the treatment was. I'm hopeful this will help me deal with my back pain. Karyla inspires confidence. more

Relief without drugs 12/19/2010

Next time your doctor gives you pills for muscle pain, give acupuncture a try instead. In my case it was fast, effective relief that you can feel. Karyla Gaines is very knowledgeable and supportive. She makes you comfortable in your choice to have acupuncture. I highly recommend this treatment. more

Healing the whole person 11/17/2010

Finding someone that looks at you as a person and not body parts is rare. Karyla has a listening ear and heart. She reminded me of things I know and reenforced the need to get back to them. I enjoyed my first treatment and am looking forward to the next one. God always gives the student the right teacher. Thank you more

I love getting acupuncture. I love going to see Karyla especially. She is not only wonderful at her job, but she is really listens to everything you say. She looks at the whole picture of what is going on, not just what I might think is causing me problems. I feel instant relief. She takes the time that is needed. I never feel rushed through my appointment. It is a blessing to find her. more

Really Works! 8/23/2010

I was suffering with terrible Morton's Neuroma pain in my right foot. I was considering having surgery to remove the nerves. I felt relief the first time I saw Karyla and by the 3rd time, the difference was unbelievable. Karyla takes her time to treat the whole mind and body and I will continue to seek her healing touch for the rest of my life. It is that good. more

This person is absolutely wonderful 7/1/2010

Over as year ago Karyla Gaines helped me in one session to stop smoking and still today I am tobacco free. She gives you creative ideas in between treatments to help cope with the "bad habit of smoking" and it worked great for me. I am back seeing her for neck [pain that has been ongoing since April 2010 and after having tried meds, chiropractors I am finallygrelief though the treatments are painful but I have imnproved immensely. She is the greatest and highly recommend. more

Dr. Gaines makes you feel comfortable right away. And her touch with the needles is gentle. As someone who used to hide from doctors giving a shot, I can tell you acupuncture with her is not scary at all. I felt so relaxed during the treatment and my back feels better already. I will be going back! more

Wonderful Experience 3/20/2010

I recently moved to Charleston and experienced an injury to my sciatic nerve. I contacted my Acupuncturist whom I have worked with over 2 years and luckily he had meet Karyla at a conference and I am so grateful. "We are on the the same page" regarding the treatment process. The compassion, clarity, and concern is genuine. Her knowledge and experience was demonstrated during my visit. I am looking forward to my continued treatment process with Karyla . more

Caring and Competent 3/12/2010

A couple years ago, I went to Karyla for some sciatic nerve pain related to cancer surgery. Several sessions later, I was feeling better. Most recently, (after another cancer surgery) I went back to see if acupuncture could help. I could really feel the energy flow kick up several notches. We'll see how the pain feels after a few more sessions. Karyla is very caring and compassionate about her work. more
