I used this agency in early July to clean a beach house we share. Another partner used this agency, so I went with his recommendation. Last week I discovered that this agency has processed two unauthorized charges on my card totally nearly $300, in addition to the authorized charge for the date I used them. When I called to address this matter, I was told it would be corrected immediately. That was eight days ago. I have not received a single email or phone call from this agency, and when I call a sweet young lady tries to be helpful but she clearly has no control on this matter. I have called nearly every day for a week. I have specifically asked for the owner Jerry or anyone capable of assisting me to call me back. I think I have been patient and understanding, but this is clearly unethical business practice and 100% poor customer service. I was told they inadvertently charged my card instead of the correct one. If that is true, I suspect that they are trying to bill the correct individual BEFORE refunding my money. I think that is WRONG. Refund my money, admit your mistake and then go track down the correct credit card to bill. They could have solved this in 24 hours and left me with a good customer service recovery experience. Now they have a very angry woman who is still owed nearly $300 and will tell everyone and anyone she can about this experience. My beach house partners are also aware, so they have now lost two customers over this botched matter. CUSTOMER BEWARE.
