This is not your ordinary business review, this has everything to do with The Maids business practices and their code of ethics. I am a former employee of theirs and on behalf of all the other American employees that currently work for this franchise, this one's for you. The management team of this place treats their American employees like garbage, while they hire a ton of Hispanics who they feel do a much superior cleaning job than the rest of the group. I've witnessed first hand that this is not true, but if you go to the heads in confidence, they disregard the matter and pay no attention. Pros: null Cons: null more
