My husband and I were completely blown away with how clean our home was and how much attention was paid to detail. They even cleaned areas we told them they didn't need to bother with. We decided to hire a cleaning company due to the many hours we work, but I would highly recommend them for anyone no matter what your work schedule is. They are awesome. more

Extremely responsive to any needs or circumstances that arise 10/10/2013

Our experience with The Maid Quarters has been very pleasant. We have been using them for two and a half years. They are very responsive to any needs that we have or circumstances that arise. We have a small child, and the products that they use are friendly to her health. This company is willing to work with us and clean any special needs areas in our home. Generally, they send the same people each time. They're all very friendly and polite. My advice to potential customers would be to stay in contact with them, as you would with any maid service out there. Work with them to manage your home. The Maid Quarters will do an excellent job for you. more

We have two houses. One in Allen and one in Chicago. I quash I could find someone in Chicago as good as Melinda's crew. Always happy and the feedback is so nice. Always more than willing to go the extra mile by running over to the house to check things out or do a favor when Tom and I aren't there. Love being able to have someone so trusting and willing to help out. more

They've been doing an excellent job! 8/6/2013

I needed a house cleaning service for about 12 years before using The Maid Quarters, but hadn't gotten around to getting it. We are a typical family in that both parents work, yet are atypical because one child is home-schooled. This means we're really busy. I called The Maid Quarters after I was told I could get a free month of cleaning. I didn't mention the service to my husband, as he was against it at first. We have now had them for a year, and even my husband says they do a great job! more

The Maid Quarters are great to work with. They clean my home once every two weeks. My interactions with the people are wonderful. The quality is great, they do a very good job. They are very dependable. I've been a customer for two or three years now. They are that good! more

Recommend The Maid Quarters 8/5/2013

Though I have been in need of housecleaning for over a dozen years, I never sought one out until recently. I am typical in that we have three children and both parents work full time. I am atypical in that one child is also homeschooled. I hesitantly searched out The Maid Quarters when my work promised a month of house cleaning service if I did a certain "emergency with weekend hours" job for them. I even had to hide the concept of the housecleaning service from my husband as long as I could. We have never discontinued service and now almost a month later, even my husband comments on our housecleaning days, "Wow, they do a good job!" more
