I just had a wedding/reception there. It was horrible!! The event coordinator was missing in action part of the night, the credit card machine in the reception hall bar didn't work, staff not friendly, didn't do things they said they were going to do before the wedding, totally unorganized reception, and I could go on and on. I sent over a list to the person that booked our event of what all went horribly wrong at our event and they really didn't care. They have already gotten paid for the event and couldn't care less if it went the way it should have. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They talk a big game, but don't deliver. more

The Madison 8/16/2011

Would not recommend the Madison for any wedding. Everthing was extra, nickle and dime. No Parking what so ever. One elevator for older people. Would not believe anything the staff said lied about all the things we were supposed to get and we did not. Bad owners trying to rip you off. STAY AWAY......... more

The Madison is a beautifully restored building that has been converted into an event center. the Madison boasts several beautifully appointed rooms to meet your needs. The rooms are open and very conducive to entertaining. The catering offers a wide variety of choices. You can sit back and enjoy, because the staff will take care of your every need. more
