Good: the quality of the service was unbelieveable. Bad: they were awesome i loved everyting about them. Improvements: carry a conversation with the customer while they work. Other: they did a great job on my house, i will referr everyone to them. more

it was so late in the night i didnt think anyone in there right mind would pick the phone up let alone help me, i had broken my key in the handle and couldnt get it out, i was so nervous, but one call to locks men inc and they had me in my house in less then 30 mins thanks so much so for letting me into my own house more
