sorry, this place has really gone downhill, the office women are impossible to deal with, they never call back, management is really bad, the rents keep going up and up, they of course claim market rent, but that is not true, I can go online and see what the same model is renting for, I am paying way over that. it is dusty, the windows are horrible, I am being punished for not moving out sooner I guess. Stay away there are much better places within several miles The Domaine is one, The Livingston etc. Cypress Lake another. Their claim to fame is some maintenance man whooptee doo THAT's IT? that's all you have? hahaha the landscaping is taking a turn for the worse also, nothing good here. move on The neighbors are nice but moving out as quickly as possible. more

I acutally lived at this complex and have nothing but good things to say. The way the complex is setup is genious. The rent's very reasonable for the obvious high class suburban neighborhood. The staff is very nice and they respond immediately to any and all complaints. Many amenities to offer as well. more

Great complex for families 8/31/2005

I love living in this complex. They have a friendly staff. They even have an event coordinator who arranges mixers monthly and has something monthly called tykes night for the kiddies. They break the complex up by age. The younger crowd, they usually put them by the larger pool. The older, more mature crowd they put them further out where it is much more quiet. I never hear any noise or ruckus. They have 3 pools,one with a with a cabana, a fitness center with on site free private trainer, a volley ball court, pet friendly with dog park, playground equipment for children, trails and paths to bike and walk, a video store on the premises, they have a dry cleaner come on Tuesdays and Thursdays to pick up/drop off the tenants cleaning. I can't say enough about how great this complex is and how convenient they make it for the residents. more
