Despite being a newish development, the maintenance and staff made this place a nightmare.\r \r Half of my maintenance requests were ignored so I just fixed them myself. My dishwasher took 7 months to get it fixed. My hot water heater failed in the middle of the winter and it was almost a full week before somebody came to do anything about it.\r \r The staff is not great either. I had a number of paperwork problems that happened due to the manager of this place and I'm still finding out that I have to deal with it a year and a half after I fled and moved somewhere else. more

This is the apartement building we lived at while we were looking fo a home. There is a lounge area with soem books, a playground, a pool, and a hot tub. The rooms are clean and the whole building as a whole seems newer than others. You get a spot in the underground parking place where you can also wash your car. Pricies are average i guess. more
