If you are handling a case yourself (not to an extent a lawyer is advisable) hiring an LDA such as Legal Doc is the way to go. If it is beyond what is advisable to be handled though self help, you'll be advised to seek the help of an attorney. Unlike many ""Paralegals to the public"", which is illegal, this is a properly registered legal document preparer that CAN work for the public. If they can help you, they will. If they can't, you'll be told so without wasting anyone time. more

I called and asked what types of services she offers and she said she offers the type of service I need. After only a few seconds of conversation (not enough to hear what I truly needed), she told me that she will not listen to what I need and only told me ""the answer is no!"" and hung up on me. I have never been so insulted and I really don't appreciate her and her web presence waisting my time. Don't waste your time with this. Trust me. Her only Positive reviews were posted by her. more
