I know that sometimes we all don't feel like working. I get those moods too but eventually, I have to get my work done before I leave the office. It doesn't seem to be so with the paralegal here at Bruce Bridgeman. When they are collecting the money, they are nice but once you are fully paid, the service level seems to drop. I have to call multiple times to get a call back, they say they will do things cause that is what you paid them for, just to find out its still not done. I didn't find any reviews on them when I initially filed last spring but I see I am not alone with these insights.
