Hired James Adams for $3,000 retainer for contempt against EX in Jun 09. She has NOT followed Judge's orders in divorce papers and I gave him all evidence and more to fight for custody of son after EX was drugging him, physically/emotionally abusing him but have not went to court by Apr 10 and $3,000 is gone. Mr. Adams did not fight for my Father's rights...even though I have not seen or had phone contact with any of my older children in five years. Mr. Adams told me to drop the custody case and just give in so he could just withdraw from the case after spending all of my $3,000 retainer and not fulfilling his contract with me. Do NOT hire Mr. Adams if you want your case to be resolved because he does not follow through with anything. He is incompetent and so I will turn him into the Bar Association for disciplinary action....which I intend to do. He only cares about how he can take your money and put it in his bank account; not about you or the children being abused. Cons: Spends Retainer & Doesn't Resolve Case more
