    Mr. Taylor stands firmly that individuals in the United States are protected by the U.S. Constitution, which protects against self incrimination, as well affords the right to persons accused with crimes to cross examine their accusers. With this in mind, Mr. Taylor holds the government accountable to legal standards established by our Founding Fathers, including protections against unlawful searches and seizures, and the abuse of power. As well, he demands honesty and truth from the state. After graduating with honors from George Mason University with a B.A. in government and international politics in 2004, Mr. Taylor earned a J.D. from George Mason School of Law in 2007.

    During law school, Mr. Taylor participated in the Student Bar Association, as well as worked in an administrative capacity for the law school. Additionally, during his last two years of law school, Mr. Taylor worked for the City of Alexandria Commonwealth Attorney's Office, prosecuting a variety of traffic and criminal matters. Experience gained at the Commonwealth Attorney's Office provided Mr. Taylor with valuable insight on Virginia's prosecutorial approach, which Mr. Taylor incorporates into his legal defense strategy.

    Outside of work, Mr. Taylor enjoys community service and is a member of the Manassas Battlefield Kiwanis Club. He has served as a volunteer judge for the upper-class Moot Court competition at the George Mason University School of Law. Additionally, Mr. Taylor enjoys traveling, visiting the area's local historical attractions and the outdoors. Mr. Taylor is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Prince William County Bar Association

    To eliminate personal prejudice, our Founding Fathers formed legal protections which secure impartial standards to persons accused with crimes, Mr. Taylor said. Everyone is entitled to his day in court.

    Mr. Taylor knows that Virginia's legal system can be challenging, and during this vulnerable time in a client's life he or she needs an experienced trial lawyer who can also negotiate for his client's best interests outside of the court room. Mr. Taylor vows zealous legal representation during all official court proceedings and for persons accused with crimes, he will stand up to persons and jurisdictions which have brought cases against them.

    Mr. Taylor not only has earned the trust of his clients,but the Commonwealth of Virginia also has certified Mr. Taylor's judgment.

    Due to an additional desire to defend those who are most vulnerable in society children and other incapacitated individuals as defined by the state Mr. Taylor serves as a guardian ad litem,and he has experience advocating for the best interests of minor children.
