Timothy A. Pico received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1990 and his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law, located in Malibu, California, in 1995. Mr. Pico's practice focuses on employment litigation, including sexual harassment, civil rights, retaliation, and wrongful termination and wage and hour/ workers rights class actions. Mr. Pico provides advice and counsel to employers related to a variety of employment issues, including proper personnel policies and sexual harassment prevention training. Mr. Pico also represents individual and business clients in complex business, serious personal injury, product liability matters and more. Before forming Markson Pico LLP in 2005, Mr. Pico practiced in the litigation department of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold, and then for the national law firms Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, LLP and Jackson Lewis, LLP.
