I have been licensed to practice law for more than 14 years throughout California. My focus is on family law cases, including but not limited to: divorce (contested and uncontested), paternity, child custody and visitation, spousal support/alimony, child support, property division, domestic violence restraining orders (both pursuing and defending the actions), step-parent adoptions/termination of parental rights, domestic partnerships, and prenuptial agreements. I believe in open communication with my clients and strive to keep them informed at all times. During my representation, I endeavor to teach my clients whatever they need to protect themselves in the future and avoid the pitfalls so many others make in their divorces and their custody cases.
